The readings and exercises help equip managers to assess their information technology needs and to manage information technology effectively.



This collection includes two readings that acquaint managers with the special challenges and opportunities posed by electronic commerce and knowledge management.



This collection can be used for both individual study and facilitated training. If used in a training session, participants will complete the readings (and perhaps some exercises) prior to the session and then use the session for discussion and to work through exercises.
