Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Mitrael), ranked second position in the market, found there is decreasing macro tower future growth in urban, while their financial performance in 2014 was detecting some issues such as net income down 70% and operating expense increase 60%. These cause and trend of 4G spectrum era has impacting business and operation of Mitratel. The dynamic situation challenged Mitratel to reinvent their strategy in to consider microcell network development if aim to be number one amongst the players by 2020.
