Previous research has shown that organization culture is an organization asset. However more research is needed to determine the best measurement of organization culture in a developing organization. This research is focusing on the evidence seen from PT. Dekatama Centra. This company is chosen due to the fact that PT Dekatama Centra is still striving to establish its corporate culture for sustaining the competitive advantage. The research was involving leaders and managers from staff up to the director level through purposive non-probability sampling.
