PT Manulife Aset Manajemen Indonesia (MAMI), one of the Indonesia's leading asset management, which has 51 millennials from total of 99 employee as end of December 2020, is expected to be dominates by millennial employees in the coming future. MAMI, as a service company, must understand how to engage and retain its best talents. Biannually MAMI conduct employee engagement survey to assess the level of overall employee engagement. As the number of millennial employees grows, the distinct characteristics of millennial employees must be recognized in order for any corporate rules and objectives to be successful. Nonetheless, it was discovered that there is little research on the factors that influence employee engagement and turnover intention among millennial employees in the Indonesian financial industry as well as in MAMI, prompting the conduct of this study.
