The covid-19 pandemic has forced health care providers to find solutions so that patients can still get health services. Telemedicine application is one way that can be used as a way out. There are several things that influence people's desire to use applications such as social pressure, perceived usefulness and assestability. This study proves that social pressure, perceived benefits and assestability have a significant effect of safaty does not seem to have a significant effect on the relationship between social pressure, perceived uselfuness, and assessment of willingness to use the application. This shows that during the covid-19 pandemic, the use of applications as a solution to avoid direct visits to health care providers is still more important than the security of using applications.
