The growth of power connect usage in Indonesia as the knowledge management system is low compared to other countries. During the period of the two quarter in 2022, there was no growth in usage. Performance expectancy and social influence determine the intention to use the system in the organizational context. Little has been known about the moderating effect of perceived digital leadership in the relationship between intention to use and actual website usage. The objective of the study is to investigate the most important predictor and analyze the moderating effect of perceived digital leadership in the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). The population observed is the employee in Hitachi energy Indonesia, using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using SPSS v27 and Smart PLS3.
