Indonesia's MSME (micro, small, medium enterprise) business digital penetration in 2022 is 29.7% but contradicts findings of OECD (2021) from global business surveys that up to 70% of MSMEs increased their business through digital platforms. The digital platform become part of the factor in MSME establishments to upgrade their selling, but many of them are not very clear or digitally literate about the actual usage of technology. This study test within area of Cipulir thematic market, consisted 3,211 retail fashion traders on actual usage and intention to use digital platform by using Unified Theory of Use of Technology (UTAUT). MSME in Indonesia should improve number of businesses to be digitized. As extension toward UTAUT framework, digital literacy and perceived credibility will be researched. Furthermore, this research used questionnaire survey to collect the data with 100 respondents. For data processing uses SPSS and PLS-SEM. The results of the test show that Digital Literacy have positive effect to Intention to Use, and Intention to Use to Actual Usage. However, the relationship between Digital Literacy to Actual Usage does not have a significant relationship. Perceived credibility was found does not positive moderation effect between intention to use and actual usage. As recommendation, it is important for digital platform provider to get more MSME focusing digital literacy especially on how to install and download is crucial. One of research implication is that digital platform application should ensure that the level of MSME understanding on how to install, download and use the application is as their expectation.
