Madani mental health care takes an active role in saving the nation and the young people from the dangers of misuse of narcotics, alcohol, and addictive substances and also directing the people with Schizophrenia in order to have a better quality of life.
In this project, the author did a volunteer in the institution as an English instructor for its patients in addition to other tasks related to English division affairs. The underlying objective of madani is to improve the life quality of patients in society, one of the ways is through providing English class. Although the current existed English class wa unorganized in terms of learning curriculum, be it materials and assessments, the author saw this an opportunity for an improvement.
In order to help Madani provide a better english class, this paper also explains about the strategy on how the project supposes to be conducted by using the principle in the project management stages; begins with initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling, and closing.
The obstacle in CIP mostly was about unclear direction of tasks between supervisor and author since the operation of institution was unlike a business oriented organization in which commonly structured and formal. Given the fact it focuses on mental health field, conducting a volunteer in a such environment is somewhat challenging and bizarre to a business student.
At least, having done an analysis throughout the project, the author recommended Madani mental health care should maintain the current modification of the class developed by the author.
