Indonesia has more than 270 million population which makes it very attractive to create potential business growth in pharmaceutical sector. Moreover, Indonesian people still consider traditional medicine can cure or prevent some diseases. This kind of behavior is grasped as a huge opportunity by pt Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul, Tbk (SIDO) to expand their business in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the financial and stock return of SIDO. Reviewing the company health based on financial and stock return of SIDO. Reviewing the company health based on financial performance is also carried out using Altman Z-score in the period 2017-2022. Financial ratios as fundamental factors and macroeconomic variables were selected and applied to multi-regression model to analyze and evaluate the effect on profitability and stock return of SIDO. This research uses quantitative research method with purposive sampling technique which collected in total 36 samples from quarterly financial statement of SIDO in the period 2014-2022. Based on Altman Z-score model, SIDO is a healthy company with score was above the minimum score of Altman Z-score model.
