An immersive educational experience that invites the public to walk beneath the ocean's surface with a 360-degree view of the impact plastic waste has on our planet's most valuable natural resource. The blue paradox is just one of many steps SC Jhonson company taking to move toward our vision for a waste-free world. Other recent actions to tacke plastic waste. As employee, and authors, indeed relate to this future plastic waste phenomenon, which encourages us to conduct employee in the blue paradox project to demonstrate how reduce plastic impacts our oceans and get economic advantage on internal and external community as our community involvement project. This project was organized by collaborating with the internal community (employee) and external community (Taman impian jaya ancol) near the manufacturing Jakarta. The objective is to involvement the employee as community of improvement on 3 main point (cost saving - method - 3R) and it can impact to external activities (socialization impact of plastic waste) and get economic advantage. The role of government is also very much needed in this matter because it requires in-depth research and study from biologist and also innovation in plastic replacement materials.
