With a focus on budgeting techniques for bazaar business management, this project aimed to empower housewives in Rawa Badak Selatan Through financial literacy. To provide useful financial skills, the project used participatory technique such as workshops and focus groups. Fundamentals of budgeting, cash flow management, investments, savings, and basic marketing techniques were among the topics discussed.
Participants' understanding of financial concepts and budgeting abilities significantly improved, according to the post-test results. The workshop was successful in providing to the participants important financial wisdom and skills. Although the project was a success, there were some difficulties, such as a smaller audience because of late arrivals and personal reasons. Future suggestions include encouraging partnerships with local government (sub-district chiefs, for example, placing product orders for events) and integrating these business endeavors into other companies' corporate social responsibility initiatives.
