The deliverables include project charter, initial meeting notes, research findings report, project plan document, strategy design document, and technology integration plan. The results underscore the need for DEF mall to upgrade its WiFi infrastructure for AI compatibility, introduce tiered payment models, and centralize data management to enhance operations.
