The program for utilizing living pharmacy plants as an effort to improve the health of communities affected by the Cianjur earthquake aims to prepare earthquake-affected communities in the Cianjur area, to be precise in CIpadang Village, Bangbayang Village, Gekbrong district and sarampad state elementary school in building living pharmacies and utilizing medicinal plants as herbal medicine. This activity is useful in increasing public health independence in the future and as an effort to create community creativity in utilizing living pharmacies to become economic value in the form of herbal drinks.
This activity began with planning through surveys, FGDs, and Coordination with partners from 1 December - 13 December 2022, then the implementation was carried out on the 15th in Bangbayang Village and december 16 2022 at SD Negeri Sarapad. The counseling activity was carried out with three speakers, namely Mr. Reza Av=bdul Kodir, Mrs. Tapianna Sari Harahap from the Cianjur college of health sciences, and Mrs. Mardinem, a herbal medicine entrepreneur who had been established for 40 years.
The implementation of activities is still ongoing until now assisted by partners in beautifying living pharmacies. The output of this activity is in the form of a video that is shown on the ipmicampus youtube channel, the application of science and technology to society. As for IPR, mass media articles and journals are still in the process of being published.
