Change is a basic part of our whole concept improvement and its frequency and rapidity are over becoming greater. Therefore, besides new layout planning, we should continue to criticize objectively the layouts we have previously planned. Otherwise we may wake up some day to find that an antiquated layout has been swallowing up a large percentage of our potential profits.
