PT Hewlett-Packard Indonesia, is in their efforts of increasing sales within a fierce competition in computer business. The company seeks the possibility of expanding their market and grabbing more customers within an industry especially in small business portable notebook segment, which is Hewlett- Packard lowest market share besides other segments.
The current marketing strategy of PT. Hewlett-Packard Indonesia especially in small business segment will need to reshape its strategy for the purpose of its long-term sustainability in today's turbulence changing environment.
The group worked to analyze the present strategic marketing efforts of PT. Hewlett-Packard Indonesia. Based on the analysis of the group, a set of conclusion was drawn and some recommendations on future PT. Hewlett- Packard marketing strategies efforts are presented. The recommendations were then drawn up on the basis of the above.
