About the authors;
Jane McKenzie is Director of Studies for the Flexible Evening MBA and lead tutor for Knowledge Management at Henley Management College.
Christine van Winkelen is a Management Consultant at VW Consulting and is a Member of Associate Faculty at Henley management College. She is also an Associate Lecture with the Open University Business School and an external tutor with the University of Durham Business School.
