The primary objective of this Group Field Project is to assist the management of Bakrie Building Industry in their Business Strategy in order to strengthen its position for achieving the main goal in the future as one of the Bakrie Corporate Core Business.
The consideration for achieving the company mission and goals is based on the External and Internal Analysis. Strategic Choice is the final outcome of those analyses that will be analyzed specifically as:
. Business Level Strategy and Industry Structure
. Holding Level Strategy: -Vertical Integration -Diversification
-Global Strategy. Portfolio Analysis and Entry & Exit Strategy
The expected result of these analyses is the Strategy matching with the company Mission and Goals to be one of the Bakrie Holding Core Businesses.
Data that will be used for analysis were collected from the particular division of
BBI, private surveyor data and Biro Pusat Statistik. Based on these data, we analyze the
strategy matching with the company mission and goals with the main focus in the financial strategy of the BBI's cement based products for Indonesian market in the future base on the specific strategy in : Sustainable Growth Rate.
