PT. Andrew Tani & Co is a reputable management consulting company, who has extensive experience in dealing with many scale of project. Despite the good performance in the consultant business, PT AndrewTani & Co found some problems in their internal performance. namely big variance in the work load of consultants, the lower-than-expected profitability level of project and inability to identify and measure risk and opportunity of a project.

PT AndrewTani & Co need to develop standard Work Breakdown Structure, Project Responsibility Accounting Report, and Risk Management for their projects. All combined, it will become an integrated tool for management to have a better view of the project performance to improve decision-making process.

In this study we performed data collection and data analysis which leads to recommendation to improve the above problems. Data collection was acquired from conducting interviews and discussion with Chief Financial Officer, Project Leader, Consultsnts, and Marketing. We also distribute questionnaire to gain input from the Consultsnts and Marketing.

Our recommended solutions consist of : Work Breakdown Structure, Project Responsibility Accounting and Risk Management. In Work Breakdown Structure, We conduct Gap Analysis and develop some basis as guidelines for an Adjusted Work Breakdown Structure. In Project responsibility Accounting, We developed some templates to measure the profitability of the projects. In Risk Management, we develop Risk/Opportunity assessment template.
