The project assigned by PT Surveyor Indonesia was to develop new style of leadership, which is Situational Leadership Style that will be developed by using the Leadership Development Program (LDP) that is specially design for PT Surveyor Indonesia Jakarta's Branch. This program will also be aligned with the Competency-Based Human Resources Management (CB-HRM).
As a company, PT Surveyor Indonesia is only hold more than 3 percent of market share in Indonesia. Thus, in order to achieve a greater market share, there is a need for better leadership in every level of management at PT Surveyor Indonesia Jakarta Branch.
The Leadership Development Program that is specially design for PT Surveyor Indonesia Jakarta Branch will help the company in developing new future leaders with an excellent leadership competency.
In summary, our recommendation is to propose the new leadership style and Leadership Development Program that will help PT Surveyor Indonesia Jakarta Branch to enhance the company's performance in overall.
