The study is conducted as a final stage for the MMIB Program. The discussion is about the fair market value of PT WIKA Beton. The scope of area of study will be on the valuation process and financial statement analysis of PT WIKA Beton. The data that are used in the study are gathered from various source including from the company itself. The main purpose of the study is to determine the fair value of PT WIKA Beton in conjunction with the company's objective to have a comprehensive analysis regarding its value. This is also important since the process can help identify the value of their company compare to their mother company, PT Wijaya Karya that also already have an IPMO recently.
