PT. Wahyu Kalasuba is a forwarder company, PT. WKS's delivery services include : household goods moving, offices, warehousing, heavy equipment, project materials and mainly telecommunication equipment.

On October 2008, PT. WKS signed cooperation agreements with PT. DHL Exel Supply Chain Indonesia. PT. DHL appointed PT WKS as its vendor to deliver telecommunications material from PT. DHL's warehouse to project sites across Indonesia. After run for 10 months, PT. WKS found some obstacles or found some errors in the practical of business process, which were cause by internal and external factors. The errors caused by the internal factor are mistyped the document and errors in create the Air Way Bill (AWB). The obstacles caused by external factors are delayed payment of payment due date by PT. DHL and cancelation of shipment by PT. DHL where the AWB for this shipment has issued in by PT. WKS. These problems will impact on delayed on shipment has issued in by PT. WKS. These problems will impact on delayed on shipment has issued in by PT. WKS. These problems will impact on delayed on shipment, reduce operational margin and increasing company's account receivable while company's capital is limited.

In summary, our recommendation is based on PT. WKS's current performance, which have been thoroughly analyzed in order to design the most suitable company's performance in order PT. WKS to build competitiveness in forwarder industry. Therefore, I am truly believe that adopting and implementing new process and build culture, would make PT. WKS more competitive in forwarder industry.
