The purpose of the study is to assist PPIA's Executive Director and Staff on making investment decision for teaching facilities. This study will be focused on the following points:

a. Evaluating the required teaching facilities for the next 5 years

b. Proposing the strategy in dealing with the requirement of the teaching faclities, by considereing:

1. The cost benefit analysis between leasing and building up the facility

2. The analysis on how to finance the teaching facility if PPIA wants to build it.

By identifying any problems in the above mentioned areas, our group field project team will recommend the best investment decision to PPIA.

This study will evaluate the requirement of teaching facilities in Slipi area. This area is chosen because of :

a. until now, PPIA still rents the teaching facilities at Slipi area

b. PPIA estimated that total students for PPIA's English Language Program at Slipi Area tends to increase significantly within the next 5 years.
