PT. Bina Usaha Pratama is a distributor company. This company based in Banda Aceh and distribute the product to the 3 areas, Banda Aceh, Aceh Besar and Sabang. The company use transportation land to carrying the Pratama's services is selling and handling the goods from PT Unilever. Distribution refers to the steps to move and store a product from the supplier to the customer in the supply chain. Distribution as a key driver at the overall profitabilities of a firm because it affects both the supply chain cost and customer experience directly.

The problem that I see when I undergoing internship program in PT. Bina Usaha Pratama is when the transportation still using the land transport, there is a lot obstacles when they carry from PT. Unilever in Medan to PT. Bina Usaha Pratama, so customers often don't get the goods on time, while the Acehnese demand of Unilever products is very large. This issue appears related to the operating system in the firms that are still ineffective. Some tools that writer use to solve the problem is caused and effect diagram, value chain analysis and Deming Wheel or plan-do-act-act cycle.

In my Final paper, I will talk more baout the analysis of the problem, analysis and the recommendation for PT. Bina Usaha Pratama to overcome this problem.
