PT. Bina Usaha Pratama is one of the distributors PT. Unilever in Aceh. PT. Unilever is producing the intire product, at the request of PT. Unilever Indonesia to distinguish between transporters and distributors must have a separate business entity which deals with distributors. In September 2006 PT. Bina Usaha Pratama was establish for the region of Band Aceh, Aceh Besar and Sabang. PT. Unilever more competitive in today's business world is always a challenge for companies to compete and survive in business competition.

In early 2010 problem arise, PT. Bina Usaha Pratama have problem with the unavailability of stock. This problem will trigger new problem to stakeholders because of lack connection between stakeholders-customer and employee department, such as customer is complaining because unavailability of good in store, which the store is the retailer of Unilever. Retauler will lost opportunity to sell and will lead to decreased of profit. The important point is customer satisfaction, there will be a decrease in customer satisfaction which will affect the image of Unilever and sales generate by the products.

Since in order to satisfy our customer needs dedication from employees. PT. Bina Usaha Pratama will need to satisfy its employee first. In this context there are a number of worthy initative carried to satisfy the employees; such as; building a favorable work environment; offer a variety of challenging tasks : creating a clear carrer plan or also offered an attractive remuneration package. In fact, several world class companies did not hesitate to mobilize all its energy to actually give the "super special service" for the employee.
