Product checklist and report form are created as the solution to increase the visit and control standard. With clear guidelines and standardize filling forms, the data gathered from the field will be accurate, easy to organize, and efficient. Products visibility and expecialy availability, influenced by many factors in the field. No standardized response in solving the problem will give negative impact to the product as well as whole company performance.

After we identify the problem, we can analyze and create best solution with creating Standard Operation Procedure in the form of flowcharts.
