The final project goal investigated how to optimize the selection of sea freight transporter at PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia using the Analytic Hierarchy Process simulation software package of Export Choice 2000. The transporter selection process in the current existing approach tend to be unobjective due to simplifying assumption basis of using single criteria "the low service cost" and choose DJASUM as the winner. The AHP application for optimizing the multi-criteria decision making problem using methodology of both qualitative and quantitative simultaneously through practical exemple is demonstrated.
