The findings of this research is unstable customer order compliance rate, that caused by three problems. Those three problems are started as problem statement of this research, there are: PT. B Indonesia did not receive any RD's forecast data, PT B Indonesia did not have clear figure of real demand, and the stock and warehouse agreement to RD is not clear stated. In selecting the solution of the problems, writer has using three approaches to be analyzed there are Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment, Vendor Managed Inventory and Customer Relationship Management.
