The main tasks of sales promotion girls are to promote and sell the products as many as possible so they can achieve the target that the company has it. According to PT. B's policy, a sales promotion girl that considered as good sales promotion girl is the one who can achieve 90% of the target. From 32 stores located in Jakarta, Depok, and Tangerang there are only 9 stores who achieved the target in 2011. Whereas the rest 23 did not achieve the target.
