In 2014, HITS focuses on implementing stabilization program by envisioning the business units and energizing the management to enable the company in entering the stage of "ready to grow" to face the business challenges. Aligned with the program, HITS need to select which business units that should be focused for growth, as well as the business units key success factors, and determine the basis of competition of each business. Therefore in fulfilling the company's need, this research focus on facilitating the corporate strategy formulation.
