Balanced Scorecard method for generating key indicator performance is insight for making the solution happen because it can clearly define the link between companys strategy through vision and mission and employess job activities in organization. After indicators has found we also provide the recommendation to implement it plus evaluate in order to keep flexibility inside the forming of indicators based on the fundamental believes of companys vision and missions.

We focus on Finance and Accounting division at PT Framas Indonesia because since limited time given and in that division all necessary data is prepared well therefore implementing our result is easier than the other division.
