Members of the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) group of OTI's Order Administration function have been organized into a semi-autonomous work group. In the videotape, the members themselves discuss a number of factors, including supervisory attitudes, selection, appraisals, and rewards (particularly intrinsic rewards), that seem to be undermining the effectiveness of the group, particularly when compared to members of a more successful work group (Office Technology, Inc.: Members of the LMP Group).
