Paxi barbershop planned to growth their branches by five by the end of this year (2014), but Mr. Armen Noor as a CEO feels there are certain problems that PAXI currently faced starting from quality control, reporting system, human resources. To identify those problems we use SWOT analysis, Management Theory, Organizational Design Theory, McKinsey 7s Framework, and Franchise theory as our foundation to find best solution for PAXI. Based on 7s McKinsey theory that we used, we found several problems in the management of PAXI that will hinder PAXI to achieve their objective. There are 3 main problems in PAXI that need to be fixed: system, structure, staff
