This study is intended to analyze how Corporate Finance techniques can be used to identify business development opportunities for firms and to quantify the benefits of alternative financing and business solutions. In particular for PIHC, it is related with how to manage working capital effectively under the constraint of long outstanding government receivables collection under the consideration that receivables is one of the most liquid assets with significant quantum under company’s current asset.
