PT. Vasham Kosa Sejahtera is a social enterprise that specializes in agribusiness financing to serve Indonesian smallholder farmers. The company currently operates in Lampung. The objective of this GFP is to review the company's current supply chain model and find the best practice for company's distribution flow. Furthermore the GFP also analyzed how to improve revenue through SCM. This GFP used qualitative and quantitative technique. SCOR model, fishbone analysis,and in depth interview to identify the root cause of this problem. After that, using Break-even analysis and economies of scale, are used to find the solution. The group found out that the current supply chain system is not complied with the correct model. There are internal and external factors as the contributors, such as government regulations and stocks unavailability. There are also some problems in recruitment, that, if not solved immediately will get in the way to achieve company's goal. In the end of this report there are some recommendation, such as providing transportation options for farmers that will solve both supply chain and revenue problems, and approach to the farmers family members to make the program more attractive, and will lead to better recruitment result.
