In this research, the authors will first understand the macro analysis of Indonesian logistic, Fleet Management System and E-commerce industry as the potential market that the authors suggest to aim. Following that, the authors will analyze PT Dimensi Kreasi Teknologi for their financial analysis and existing client analysis through questionnaire. From the questionnaire, the authors will get a deeper insight of what is the customer perception and satisfaction of the product and service and how to improve it. For the E-commerce industry, the authors will interview few big players in the market to understand what they want and need and how PT Dimensi Kreasi Teknologi able to meet the demand. From there, the authors will suggest a strategy to find a source of funding.
