In PT.I QCFG ( Quality Control Finished Goods) Department, Inspection and Testing functions perform the key elements to quality delivery of finish goods. Currently, the department does not have any written and clear SOP ( Standard Operating Procedure) for inspection and Testing Processes which may reduce the validity and objectivity of its screening results due to individuals judgments and subjectivity during to process. This problem can lead the company to deliver a product in the quality higher or lower than it is claimed, thus creates loss to company or customers. The writer also found that there is no KPI for QCFG department and personnel.
