This research is conducted for the writer to help VIVERE Group to
evaluate the effect of its current employer brand to employee attraction and
retention. VIVERE Group is one of the biggest and most important players in the
furniture and interior contracting industry in Indonesia. There are several business
units under the VIVERE Group umbrella, PT Gema Graha Sarana, PT
Laminatech Kreasi Sarana, PT Prasetiya Gema Mulya, PT Vivere Multi Kreasi,
PT Virucci Indogriya Saraya, and PT Vinotindo Graha Sarana.
In the era of globalization where every information is just a couple of
touches away, it is important for companies to also take care of their employer
brand, instead of their product brand only. Employees will always be one of the
greatest assets of a company, and to be able to continue grow and innovate, it is
important to recruit and retain the best of the best. However it will be difficult to
recruit and retain should the company does not have a good reputation as an
employer in the market.
In order to help VIVERE Group evaluate its employer branding as well as
its connection with employee attraction and retention, the writer used several tools
to analyze. The tools are:
1. Employer Brand Mix
2. Herzberg’s Two Factor Theory
3. Attraction and Retention Theories
On the last chapter of this report, the writer has explained the results of her
analysis, followed by several recommendations for the organization.
