surviving in a business world is easier said than done and bankruptcy is not an option. Amrop is one of the oldest player, which play in recruitment industries. Lately Amrop has experienced declining periods while others within the Industry are growing. The main cause of the slow down in performance is cash flow management and organization structure. In order to analyse and get a deeper understanding on the root cause of the problem we used several relevant theory and literature review in strategic management, which consist of SWOT, key success factor, core competence analysis, Porter's 5 forces; resources base anaysis, industrial life cycles, PESTEL analysis and strategic group analysis.
