Related with Company’s business development plan, the most importance strategy that Company must concern is how the financial strategy will be executed. Increasingly, the Company’s business development plan will require additional capital and funding to support the company's future strategy.

This GFP is aimed to conduct evaluation by analyzing the financial strategy, especially in terms of funding the Company PT.XYZ. The financing strategy we analyze is funding strategy through Initial Public Offering. From the analysis in this GFP, we understand on how effective the IPO as an option and the best funding strategy for PT. XYZ. Previously, PT. XYZ has a plan to go public with estimated implementation time within the next 5 years.
