Building Industry is have high prospective nowadays, because Building
Industry have close related to the amount of construction project and the
government focused in increasing construction project with the aggresive
infrastucture plan, even in suburban area. According to research from BCI
Economics, the total construction for civil works, including infrastructure projects
and utilities, is expected to rise by 7.69 percent next year to Rp 250.1 trillion
(US$19.16 billion). This data also supported by Indonesia's construction industry
that will grow 7.3% in 2017 in real terms and average 7.8% between 2017 and
2021, on the back of government's ambitious infrastructure development plans.
Even tough for the construction project they have increasing level, but
Based on the data of BCI Asia about the Building Industry Outlook 2017, the data
shows that the industry facing the challenge the commercial building sector will
continue declining, with an expected drop of 9.25 percent to 173.1 trillion IDR in
2017, falling further from a rate of 14.4 percent this year. The commercial
building will see about Rp 17 trillion IDR drop in value. This shows the
importance for the Building Industry to increase the quality and responsive in the
changes of the industry.
Internalization is one of the tool that creates changes in the company
performance, in the form of value and work ethics that creates based on the
current situation and needs of the market and will be experienced directly by their
customer. This whole change will be practiced by the whole employee in the
company as the first party who do the service delivery in every process in their
job in the company. This research will elaborate more how the company value be
internalize in the company into become employee daily behavior and increase the
competitiveness for the company in the Building Industry.
