This group has an interest to provide in depth analysis of business activities operated by JAVANA SPA. Analysis that our group provides is in the form of strategic management analysis, by analyzing the current situation. Furthemore the group wanted to know how to maximize existing resources, and if not possible to maximize, whether there are other businesses that can be considered by the company for the future.
The purpose of this group is primarily for the benefit of the owner of the company, stakeholders and management. Beyond that, this report will greatly help other groups by using the theory of strategic management and the analysis with emphasis on aspects of what we should do. The group utilizes the method of analysis of the financial condition,impact of the macro to the industry, competition from existing competitors, and current industry conditions. This group creates a formula for the strategic solution what can be done, what the vision & mission should be. With two such matters, we propose business strategies and strategies initiative that can be done by the company.
As results of the reviews and analysis of competitive advantages and opportunities for the company, the group recommends the company to be able to develop the following business: hotels, destination spa resort with an integrated services. It can be done by positioning this business a premium product, providing new facility because of the potential for expansion, and increasing revenue streams. Our recommended strategic initiative focus on the consolidation of finance, re-organizing human resources, brand re-activation, improving the quality of the food, beverage, recreational facilities and etertainment.
