Post Project Evaluation of Natural Gas Distribution Pipeline Project is an important activity to be perfomed by company in order to make sure that the project create real economic benefit as what it was purposed. As the natural gas distribution project are involved a lot of stakeholder within the company, bringing awareness inside the organization regarding the post project evalution is a challenge. Utilization of the pipeline is very closed to the demand of natural gas from the customers. The utilization of the pipeline will be a great home work for commercial aspect. In other hand, it is infrastructure aspect that play important role in reminding the organization about how far the utilization gap compare to the planning.
