Many Internet Service Provider provide products and service to fulfill the demand of the market for internet for business, that include PT Indonusa System Integrator Prim a.PT Indonusa System Integrator Prima, which is usually called Indonusa, is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and as system integrator company with several licenses such as ISP License, Switched Packet Based Local Network Operating (Jaringan Tetap Lokal/JARTAPLOK License), Fixed Closed Network Operating License (Jaringan tertutup/JARTUP License and Network Access Point (NAP License). Over the past four years, the revenue of Indonusa has continued to decline. The company keep maintain the profit by reducing costs. As a provider of internet services, the company is in high competition business. Furthermore, lot of giant companies are also entered in the internet business that offers the internet with competitive prices and a fairly large quota that can be a threat for a company like Indonusa. To ensure the business continuity, Indonusa could not reduce cost all the time. Indonusa have to develop strategies for survival among the giant companies and need the feasibility study on respective industry.By analyzing internal and external critical fact ors using various theories, PT Indonusa System Integrator Prima need to reinvent their business model to counter measure against competitor.
