Along with the emergences of technology and the internet, the way business transacted has changed. Through the existences of Industry 4.0, every business process has been digitalized where it increases the accessibility in selling and buying products as well as in exchanging data and information. In Indonesia, various industries have adapted this concept, including agriculture industry. The agriculture industry in Indonesia is very potential in terms of production, but the capacity of Indonesian farmers is not yet optimized. PT Convergence Global, as a company running in information technology industry sees this trend as opportunities by entering the market competition through its upcoming project, Algriz, an online platform to bridge the conventional method of agribusiness with the current one and as an intermediary to connect the farmers directly with end-users. In addition, Algriz also focus on the development of farmers to increase the production capacity so that total net export of the country could increase. This research aims to analyze whether this project is feasible to realize within the next few years and to determine its competitive advantages, through several analysis in terms of business model and capital budgeting using related theories. In conclusion, this project is feasible to be realized near future as there are various opportunities to support the business. However, the company must be aware that there are always changes in business, and continuous innovation is important to stay competitive in the market. With this, the recommendation would be partnership with various key resources and training and development for farmers and PPLs.
