In this Instructor's Manual, the first paragraph in each chapter describes the important changes in the chapter. If a case has been revised, or if a new case is intended to serve the same purpose as a superseded case in the Ninth edition, the facts are noted at the beginning of the discussion of the case. Please note that some cases have been revised even though they have the same title as in the Ninth edition, in some cases, therefore, the old solutions are obsulete.
