Despite mental health issues due to Covid-19 being recognized around the world, the increasing number of Indonesian’s mental health who are affected due to Covid-19 have not been clearly recorded in Indonesia. Data showed that the enforcement of mental health care is still far from being effective nor efficient. With vast information from the internet, self-diagnosis became more and more common to occur. People felt that this alternative provides more unrevealing, cheaper and simply a way to escape the stigma of seeking professional help for mental health care in Indonesia. Through this Community Involvement Project, we focus on exploring Overthinking and Self-Diagnose and raise the awareness of the importance of seeking professional help for mental health care. The series of events were conducted through a meet up session where professionals and experts can share their knowledge on the topic and workshop where participants can actively engage in activities that can help them recognize the extent of their mental health. The events concluded to show impactful results for the participants and succeeded in raising the awareness of importance in seeking professional help for mental health care.
