This study intends to examine how stock performance fluctuates among fifteen companies that are constantly listed in the SRI-KEHATI index for the period October 2017 to September 2022 and analyse the impact of market capitalization with Covid-19 as the moderating effect on stock return. This study tested all hypothesis using the T-test, the F-test, and panel data regression with the assistance of SPSS software. There was no significant difference between the stock returns however in stock risk, there is different amongst the companies during the research period, with 385 percentage. Market capitalization, firm size, fee cash flow, dividend payout ratio, had no effect on the stock returns of companies. However, interest rate, market return and covid-19 did not moderate the effect of free cash flow, dividend payout ratio and market return on the stock return.
