The findings of this research are expected to contribute to bot theoretical and practical realms. By extending the TAM framework and exploring the moderating effect of top management support, this study enhances the understanding of factors influencing technology adoption and usage among lawyers. It provides valuable insights for law firms in developing strategies to promote successful technology adoption by considering the crucial role of top management support in facilitating lawyers' actual usage of technology.
