All the business activities have been shut down, not to immune, a construction sector as one of a significant growth driver of the economy. The unprecedented pandemic crisis is prompting many businesses to be in a state of urgency for innovation, to quickly deploy innovative solutions to survive. In 2019, PT Wika gedung introduced modular building construction technology as its most recent innovation to survive in Covid-19 pandemic. Modular were made for one purpose, to become the differentiation between Wika gedung with the other construction company, Modular technology could be a game changer in Indonesia construction industry and building material technology, this strategy to increasing the revenue stream and the profit of the company, the objective of the study is to measure the feasibility of modular building construction technology of PT Wika Gedung by combining mixed method : strategic analysis using SWOT analysis and five porter forces, capital budgeting analysis using elements such as : payback period, discounted payback period, return on investment (ROI), net present value (NPV), NPV Index, internal rate of return (IRR), weighted average cost of capital (WACC), sensitivity analysis using monte carlo analysis, and non-monetary analysis using the sustainable development goals to assist the company in making decision whether the proposed capital strategy is feasible (or not) to execute. The finding shows that project is feasible for PT Wika Gedung to implement capital leasing strategy for modular building construction technology, which offer 20X payment installment to grasp wider target market especially retail. The capital budgeting calculation shows positive income to the company, monte carlo simulation perform a positive net present value at worst, most likely, and best case scenario of selling prices.
