With this Group Field Project, The Jakarta Stock Exchange has provided us with an opportunity to develop a communication tool, a Training Manual, in order to socialize the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) to public investors as well as publicly listed companies.

In this report, we put the manual in the appendix part along with the corresponding presentation material, while in the body of the report we try to come up with the general idea on how to socialize GCG.

We have prepared a training module as a communication tool to be used in GCG socialization program. What we are trying to achieve with the module is to create awareness on the need to adopt Good Corporate Governance by elaborating what it is all about. Finally, we are happy to present the manual with full hope that this work can really meet the' objective.
